Verzehrempfehlung:
Portionsangabe: 250 ml gekühlte, fettarme Milch (Fettgehalt 1,5%) und ca. 2,5 gehäufte Esslöffel Propak v.2.0 Pulver (25 g) in den Mixbecher geben und 20 Sekunden lang schütteln. Nehmen Sie bis zu 4 Portionen täglich ein. Empfehlenswert ist der Verzehr vor Sport oder Wettkampf, unmittelbar nach dem Training und vor dem Schlafen gehen.
